Goblets and why happiness draws happiness

There's an amazing thing that happens when you're happy - your draw more happiness to you.

Take this evening. After a drink with a wonderful Indian friend I met up with my oldest friend in the city. We met in a hotel bar (because we've known each other in exotic locations and hotel bars don't really belong to anywhere..and that seemed appropriate for a meeting place after an absence of three months).

I had bought her gorgeous blue goblets - heavy, clay chalices - with coloured glass rested in their base. Throughout the night three separate people bought us drinks to fill our chalices. Not because of the goblets - but because we were having such an incredible time.
